    Christo Iliev

    Chairman of the Board

    Mr. Iliev, an entrepreneur with over 25 years of experience in investments and real estate, is the founder and owner of AG Capital. He holds a Master’s Degree in Economics, OPM from Harvard Business School, PhD in Economics and Management in Real Estate, CIPS and RICS (Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors). Member of the Advisory Council of the Confederation of Employers and Industrialists in Bulgaria and its vice chairman between 2014 to 2016. Mr. Iliev is a founding member of the Board of Directors of Endeavor Bulgaria, a founding member of the Board of Directors of the Family Business Association (FBN) in Bulgaria for two consecutive terms between 2009-2014, and an Honorary Consul of the Republic of Mauritius in Bulgaria. Some other prominent positions he holds today include memberships in Harvard Club Bulgaria, Bulgaria City Club London, Bulgarian Business Leaders Forum, and Young Presidents’ Organization (YPO).

    Michaela Lashova

    CEO

    Mrs. Lashova is a real estate professional with 20+ years in real estate and banking, now focused on digital infrastructure at Power Loop (AG Capital’s digital platform). Previously, she spent a decade as Managing Partner at Forton AD (Cushman & Wakefield alliance), leading consultancy, valuation, leasing, and investment projects. Formerly with UniCredit Leasing and HVB Leasing, she has deep expertise in real estate consultancy, property management, and capital markets. Michaela holds an MBA in Financial Management from City University of Washington and a Finance degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago. As an RICS Ambassador for Bulgaria, Macedonia, and Serbia, she is a recognized industry leader.

    Artur Lis

    Country Manager Poland

    Mr. Lis has over 15 years of CRE experience across private equity, asset management and development, as well as various consultancy roles. Previously, Artur was an Associate Partner and Head of Asset Management at White Star, overseeing assets valued in excess of EUR 900 million and supervising a team of 45 professionals. Prior to White Star, Artur worked for over 5 years at private equity boutique Tristan Capital Partners where he was responsible for the management of the company’s CEE assets.

    Nikolay Tsvetkov

    Investment Manager

    Mr. Tsvetkov is an investment professional with over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate investments. He is currently an Investment Manager at AG Capital and previously worked in advisory at a CBRE affiliate. Nikolay holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Nottingham and a master’s degree from the University of Edinburgh Business School.

    Elean Gagov

    Land Acquisition Manager

    Mr. Gagov is an accomplished real estate and project management professional with extensive experience across both public and private sectors. Before joining the team, he held senior positions at DSK Bank, Lux Build and the Ministry of Regional Development and Public Works of Bulgaria. He was deeply involved in site selection, real estate portfolio management, strategic project evaluation processes, including administrative and eligibility checks, as well as reviewing technical evaluations. Elean holds both a Master’s and a Bachelor’s degree in Urban studies/Affairs from the University of Architecture, Civil Engineering and Geodesy, bringing a strong academic foundation in urban planning and development to every role.

    Liviu Neagu

    Site Selection Romania

    Mr. Neagu is an experienced Real Estate Development Manager with a strong background in managing expansion projects for Lidl and asset management for Patisgal. Skilled in land acquisition, project management, and navigating complex regulatory processes, he has a proven track record of overseeing the development of Lidl stores, from site selection to final construction, while optimizing real estate assets to drive business growth. Holding a Bachelor’s degree in Communication Sciences from Danubius University, Liviu blends expertise in real estate with strategic communication skills to deliver impactful results in development projects.

    Valentin Rosu

    Construction Director

    Mr. Rosu has over 15 years of experience in the construction field, spanning both the retail and logistics markets. Prior to joining Park Lane Developments, Valentin was part of CTP, one of the largest and most active developers of industrial and logistics space in CEE, where he acted as Construction Director and Board Member for Romania. He has also worked at Kaufland for 9 years, being involved in the construction and development of the company’s retail network. Valentin holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economical Engineering from the Politehnica University of Bucharest.

    Momchil Krastev

    Investment Analyst

    Mr. Krastev is a finance professional with 5 years of experience in Corporate Banking at Eurobank, a prominent multinational banking group, where he provided tailored financial solutions to market leaders in Bulgaria. Prior to this, he gained valuable experience through an advisory internship at PwC Bulgaria, developing a strong foundation in management consulting. Momchil holds a BSc in Financial Management and Marketing from the Higher School of Insurance and Finance in Bulgaria, equipping him with a robust understanding of both financial management and market strategy.

    Ivan Shishkov

    Fiber Optics & Data Center Advisor

    Mr. Shishkov is an accomplished professional with over 20 years of experience in digital infrastructure. Experienced as Managing Director of TSBG Hosting, a leading data center and colocation provider, and as Managing Director of MTC Bulgaria, a prominent European telecom fiber-optic infrastructure provider, he has been at the forefront of driving innovation and growth in the industry. Holding a Master’s degree in Computer Systems Networking and Telecommunications from the Technical University of Sofia, Ivan possesses a deep technical expertise in data centers, telecom infrastructure, and network solutions, enabling the delivery of cutting-edge, scalable solutions that support the digital economy.
